[BUG] Unable to save as outlines

Save outline as text file for imageJ does not seem to work. i have loaded the image, run the segmentation, corrected the masks whenever needed. but i am unable to save it as outlines. can save it as png or npy, but not as outlines

The file will be saved wherever the original image file is located. It appears to be working for me using the latest v4.0.8.

Please post relevant debug information if it's still not working
