BUG: Accuracy threshold calculation

Windows, facemap v2

### Describe the issue:

Dear Facemap developers,

The keypoints can be filtered in GUI using an accuracy threshold. This threshold does not reflect the likelihood stored in corresponding .h5 file. 

Could you please clarify how this threshold is calculated?
