Run Suite2p - What exactly does fs do?

I am currently running some in vivo imaging data on Suite2p and I recently figured that I recorded my videos at 29.874 frames per second but in the fs I put 29.989 when I ran my suite2p. I wonder if that would cause a significant difference on the data processing, but I couldn't find if there's an absolute time vector generated in the suite2p output. To test this, I ran a file at fs = 3, and honestly the data looks kinda the same.

So my question is, what does fs do as a setting when you run suite2p? Does a difference in fs setting make a big difference in the data processing, especially since I am trying to align calcium events with behavior data?
