More paste site options

I think this came up in the past already, but here's an issue just so we have it.

Pastebin might not always be available / reliable (got a few reports lately of it having trouble) and we might exceed our API limit (50 a day I think) during traffic spikes. Adding a couple alternatives would be a nice extra.

There are tons of alternatives, but while a few look nice on the surface I'm not sure how well they all support automated uploads. Probably need to look at them from that perspective one by one and pick out viable candidates. For instance pastie.org seems popular, yet I think it is limited to 64kb pastes (at least I got an error like that trying to post one from the office yesterday) - but I don't know if you can bypass that if you make an account, use API calls, etc.

I agree - It would be nice to have some alternatives. Pastie doesn't seem to have a real API, but there's a IRC chat robot on freenode. I doubt that they would be overly happy to get huge log files pasted in their channel 😄

In any case, it would be good to have a Java-API for them (like jPasteBin).
