Review Job DSL / Jenkinsfile and related syntax highlighting for IntelliJ

There are files in the Jenkins and  job DSL sub dir meant to offer syntax highlighting in IntelliJ when working on Groovy / DSL / Jenkins stuff. Not sure if it works anymore though, but it was very useful in the past - especially if we need to hack at Jenkins internals via Groovy to automate creatively.
