Develop "My Works" Section for Portfolio Website

The "My Works" section will feature a centered header with categories like Mobile App, Website, Desktop, and Other Projects. Projects will alternate between text on the left and image on the right, then reverse for the next project. At the bottom, a "View All" button will link to a page showing all projects.
