Suggestion: Make a command to enable/disabled the full inventory message
if a user want to use it he can enable
but other want to disable it not show

I'm unsure if I want to add this. The message can be disabled in the config & there is now a cooldown so it's less spammy.

If it gets a few thumbs ups I'll add it
