Hot reload example

Was struggling with enabling hot reload, manage to make HotAvalonia to work, but the pieces must be organized in specific way.

I guess people using Estragonia should should be aware of this.
Can we (or I) somehow include sample app / update readme / add class that will setup the HotReload automatically, so that it will prevent the struggle for others?
