Invalid OCIO config file

Problem

Whenever I try to do something such as importing an image file or exporting, I get an error:

Expected behavior: To import the image successfully/To export successfully

Actual behavior: The error occurred

The version in which the error occurred was v2.4: https://github.com/NatronGitHub/Natron/tree/tags/v2.4.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download Natron 2.4
2. Create a read node
