Add `Ignore` button for optional resource packs

Description

Some servers track whether you accepted a resourcepack and change their behavior depending on your choice. Personally I preload cached server resources to avoid additional waste of time and CPU usage when joining/leaving a server, so it would be awesome to be able to ignore resourcepack downloading while still sending a message to the server that you accepted it.
And in the best scenario, do it automatically, without having to click the button every time.

There already is a ignore button, but it's only visible in the prompt (when setting the resource pack setting in the multiplayer list to prompt or disabled if it's forced). Currently it's just designed for testing and the ignore state won't be saved, so you'll have to click the button every time.
I might change this to two buttons, to have one button for a temporary ignore and one for a permanent.

But I guess for your use case another mod, I've already seen is more appropriate. According, to what you've said, the mod Server Resource Checker is exactly, what you wanted to achieve and also keeps in track, that the server resourcepack might have changed and download only when necessary. Haven't tested it, but it looks promising.

Server Resource Checker is exactly, what you wanted

Unfortunately this mod is completely broken and doesn't work at all. At least with CubeCraft resources, it just ignores my local resourcepack.
Also my another use case is unsupported resource packs from legacy servers (when playing with ViaFabricPlus). I have to patch server packs manually to make them work on newer versions of Minecraft, so that's why I also can't use mods like Server Resource Checker.
