A 4-Bit general-purpose adder equipped with as many functions as possible within the limitations of 16x16 and 1 layer. You can also change the operation to a subtracter by inputting a signal. Easily create 8-Bit, 16-Bit, or larger adders by "connecting" chips. I currently believe this is the highest performance adder/subtractor that can be created with Project Red: Fabrication, but I am wondering if anyone has been able to improve on this or develop a higher performance adder chip. K7-Ad405 is backward compatible with K7-Ad403a.
K7-Ad404 was created but was not released due to limited evolution.
