how to add new layers or change dimensions to blueprint

i'm using version 4.20.0-beta+5 for 1.20.1

i don't see any options to change the dimensions or number of layers of a blueprint, the latter of which i want to do because null cells aren't available anymore to cross wire lines over each other and have them not interact.

am i missing something or have they not been implemented yet

It is currently not possible to increase the tile size from 16x16 without using commands. I know a friend of mine created a 63x63 blueprint using commands, but I don't know how to do it.

Correct. While internally it is possible, the processing machines currently don't scale the difficulty of fabrication along with the size of the tiles as it should. The resizing features will be introduced along multi-layering.
