Look into adding support for native gestures

I couldn't think of a way to make them work initially due to OTD not providing contact size & / or confidence in reports where they are provided (Wacom CTH-xxxx & PTH-xxx).

However, i should look into just adding pressure to the pointer when it is held for long enough, maybe that could make some of, if not all of the gestures work, but not ideal.

If anyone else got ideas, let me know here.

Current status is as follows :

• it's moved in a different plugin for now,
• Only Linux has proper implementation due to the existence of evdev,
• Windows only has proper touchscreen support, since its touch injection API only supports that.
• Windows's Touchpad Mode implementation is a hack, due to the former.
• Their position in the pipeline means that Touch inputs might not be sent to all plugins (Maybe Including Touch Gestures)

Installation

Drop the zip content in the same folder as OTD.EnhancedOutputMode.

Removal

Delete the files you dropped

• Native-Gestures.Lib.dll
• Native-Gestures.Lib.pdb (optional, just debug stuff)
