add display behaviour digit grouping symbol

on the ui, personalisation settings:
Formats
Customize
Digit Grouping Symbol --> set it to empty (second item from top)
Digit Group: last one, 4rth from top: 123456789.00

some users did have the special requirements:

• Year OOTB: 2'024
• do not show ' --> the customer accepted to have the sales figure to be displayed without ' too. like 23423424
• a numeric field used for an SAP number 234'213 -> copy paste to sap for searching, would require the user to manually remove the '

I know this is not an issue but rather a change request. It would be great to have the ability to set even such specific custom patterns using this xrmtoolbox utility.

I am stating this with the full merits and appreciation of the existing solution and use this as an opportunity to adress my thanks to the developper.
