MultiMC, after being configured, fails to launch, citing the error in the title.

I just tried building the project from source. It didn't help. Conclusion:

• It's not an issue with this PKGBUILD per se
• I still think it's probably an Arch-specific issue
• I'm unsure whether to re-post this issue to the MultiMC repository for this reason
