Your FAQ badly needs a table of contents so someone can easily scan the questions for information they need. Currently you're FAQ is written like an essay, where any given question and answer implicitly refers to previous questions and answers. This is a shitty way to write an FAQ. Almost no one is going to read it from top to bottom, so don't write it like they are.
