Multibit 0.5.19 multibit.spvchain error #296

Anyone remember the fix for this?
Saw another thread from 2013 same error on a prior version but could not find the file they said needed to be deleted. would have been nice if they would have given a directory or file path.
Few things I tried, ran a registry fixer, re-installed multi-bit, re-booted computer.
I am noticing Multi-bitHD is in my firewall acceptions, however Mulit-bit Classic is not listed there.
Is it possible downloading and installing Multi-BitHD messed up my firewall setting for the Classic one?
