[FEATURE] Theme Colour is Windows Accent Colour

Option to change the theme colour to your windows accent colour

I have a cycling wallpaper and my accent colour is the colour of the wallpaper, so my accent changes whenever it cycles automatically, so would love flow to follow that theme too

I suggested this in the discord too but I figured this is a better place for it
