Perform 1D sensitivity analysis

• Define the constraints on parameters in the SE model based on biological data
• Run SE using surface evolver for varying K_ECM i.e. strength of ECM.
• Prepare a data that contains the input parameter to SE model and corresponding output shape features

Notes from today:

• How many data points for surrogate modeling? For 1D, 10 to 20 simulations would be fine. For 3D, 20 to 30 simulations would be good.
