[Lost feature]: entry fee messages are gone on v5

Describe the feature

In Multiverse v5 entrance fee messages are missing. Please add messages in player don't have enough money, if money are withdrawn, and, if possible, message when player entering portal, that they will be charged with a fee, if they proceed with teleportation.

How is the feature useful to all Multiverse users?

It's very confusing for the players to not be able to go the the paid nether without messaged in the chat that they're broke. And messages of successful transactions after teleportations are also missing.

Hi, can I just check if the actual entry does get deducted correctly? And the issue is solely just the sending of message?

Charged message is ok (but I want to change this message: translate it and add &f before coin icon)

ah I think that's an issue with nether portals, I was testing with just mvtp which does show the not enough money message. Will take a look at how to fix that.

I can add the translation keys for the entry fee related message, but you will have to do the translations yourself. If you can help translate for all the messages, I would really appreciate for you to create a pr so I can add it to the plugin!

Fixes the capitalization.

The English message key is here: https://github.com/Multiverse/Multiverse-Core/blob/main/src/main/resources/multiverse-core_en.properties, you can just create a new file multiverse-core_<language-code>.properties in the same folder and change the messages accordingly. To test it in game, you can create a locales folder within your Multiverse-Core plugins folder on your server, and drop in the new .properties file you created.
