[Bug]: Fix Misaligned Scroll Buttons in Mobile View

🔍 Description

On the testimonial section of the website, the left and right scroll buttons (arrows) appear misaligned when viewed on mobile devices. This affects navigation and makes the UI look inconsistent.

🧪 Steps to Reproduce

1. open the mobile view
   2.Go in testimonials section
   3.you will see the misaligned buttons

🎯 Expected vs. Actual Behavior

they should be aligned but are not
