Add "Battery optimization", "Sensors", "Install for" to batch op #1412

Others options Uninstall, Force-stop, Freeze, Clear, Block Trackers etc are present in both.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Add "Battery optimization", "Sensors", "Install for"(only show when work profile app installed) features to Batch Op
- Is it necessary to add "Prevent background operations" to App info page 3dot menu as users can already change it from "App Ops" tab. Does it require an unique "Tag" ?

Additional context
- Though "Extract Icon" feature can be added to Batch OP with something like save as ZIP, I don't think it's necessary.
