Allow scaling with Kabsch-Umeyama #3

I am a little hesitant to introduce more configuration like reflection and scaling without pondering more over the API. I have Kabsch.kabsch_rotation to avoid repeating the centering and stuff, so propagating/dispatching on configs might be annoying.
