I got the Google framework working again in a strange way

My Google Framework stopped working after a Windows Update. I was originally running the 'noGApps noAmazon' version of WSA, but I accidentally installed the 'noAmazon' hotfix version today. Surprisingly, the Google Framework started working again! I can now log into my Google account and install apps from the Play Store. Hope this helps someone!

My install steps:
1.Download both the 'noGApps noAmazon' and 'noAmazon' versions.
2.Install the 'noGApps noAmazon' version first.
3.Turn off the Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA).
4.Copy the files from the 'noAmazon' version to WSA installation path. Replace all files and skip/ignore any files that cannot be replaced.

Failed Attempts:
1.Installing the 'noAmazon' version directly.
2.Replacing files with the 'noAmazon' version before installing the 'noGApps noAmazon' version.
