Please provide a clear and concise description of the changes you would like to see made to the documentation.

Hi guys, just found a way to fix the adb unable to connect issue without having to uninstall and reinstall Hyper-V. You can boot to safe mode with networking and put the port reservation in there, and it'll still persist through.
