Add a "report puzzle" button

Hi, I've noticed that sometimes, a puzzle has an incorrect title. It would be convenient to have a button, for example in the dropdown here, to make a report about this:

I would even suggest to add an extra level of admins to help correcting the puzzles and wrong input.
Maybe some anomily detection to detect incorrect input.
