No volume 1 on OSD interface

Describe the bug
When using the hardware buttons the Volume OSD will not display volume 1. When decreasing, 2, 1, 0 - it jumps from 2 to 10 to 0.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Using buttons on SJ201 - reduce volume to 0
2. Notice on screen volume display shows 10 instead of 1
3. Using buttons, increase to 2
4. Notice on screen volume display shows 10 instead of 1

Expected behavior
Shows 1
