Log in with github does not work.

Describe the bug
Registering an account using login with github gives the error message "no account found for provided email".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://sso.mycroft.ai/login
2. Click on "Log in with Github"
3. Allow usage of the Github credentials.
4. Get redirected and try to log in with github.

• Please note that I did this on the log in page without having created an account before. Using the Github button on https://sso.mycroft.ai/new-account after that reloads the page but after clicken next->accept->next->accept->create account gives me "An error occurred, account not created." -

Expected behavior
I don't know exactly but I suppose I should have been redirected to accepting the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of mycroft.

All this happened on Linux Mint 20.1 (Cinnamon) using Firefox 89.0 (64-Bit).

I think this has to do with the selene frontend. so I'll move it to that repo. @chrisveilleux can move it to the correct place if this is wrong :)

Thanks BraveSentry - it seems to be an issue with Github accounts that have their email addresses set to private - which is a lot of our users and looks like your account falls into that bucket.

Certainly something we need to address so thanks for making a ticket for it.
