Add a dropdown to sequence annotations to select algorithm

Minimap2
BWA
BLASTN

Add backend API for annotate with SYNBICT2 and new parameters, with 4 algorithms (FlashText, BWA, Minimap2, BLASTN) and 2 modes (Allow Similar Matches or not).
