Walrus Testnet will be redeployed next week!

We are going to redeploy the Walrus Testnet next week!
The redeployment will allow us to improve the network, and make breaking changes in the contracts, APIs, CLIs, and configuration files.
Note that all data on Walrus will be wiped, all blobs and Walrus Sites stored on the "old" Testnet need to be re-uploaded. The blob IDs remain unchanged, however.

The planned timeline is as follows:

• Starting on Tuesday, January 14th, evening UTC, we will work with storage node operations to initiate the redeployment procedure.
• Thursday, January 16th, 4pm-5pm UTC: All node operators should stop their "old" node and start the new node.
• Thursday, January 16th, 5pm UTC: We will initiate the epoch change from epoch 0 to epoch 1. At this point, the new Testnet will be operational assuming 2/3 of the initial committee has started their nodes.

To upgrade to the new Testnet, all you will need to do is download the binaries for walrus and site-builder again and update the configuration files for Walrus, once the new network is up and running (see the docs for the setup instructions).
