Realms v2 error: Cannot witdraw governance token: AllProposalsMustBeFinalisedToWithdrawGoverningTokens #3

This looks like a bug.
I'm trying to withdraw governance token but got AllProposalsMustBeFinalisedToWithdrawGoverningTokens. The thing is, the final proposal has already been executed. Does it need more time to be finalized? It doesn't say anything in the Realms UI.
