"Document Type" Filter not working in Delta URLs page

Describe the bug

Inside Delta URLs page, when we filter the "Document Type" column using the dropdown button, it doesn't get applied.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior on https://sde-indexing-helper.nasa-impact.net/:

1. Go to Delta URLs page
2. Go to Document Type Patterns tab
3. Try changing the dropdown for the "Document Type" column.
