URL exclusion button doesn't work for Curated URLs page

Describe the bug

URL exclusion button doesn't work for Curated URLs page. However, this button works well for Delta URLs page.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior on https://sde-indexing-helper.nasa-impact.net/:

1. Go to Delta URLs page for any collection (given that they have some Delta URLs and Curated URLs)
2. Click on "Curated URLs" tab.
3. Try to exclude/include some URLs by clicking on the cross/tick buttons in "Exclude" column.
4. This fails.
