Delete Already Ingested WV02_Pan_L1B Granules from MCP

• Do this via Batch Operation, like previously -- will also need to get the full granule paths from DynamoDB

Delete List located at:
s3://csdap-maxar-delivery/utils/kris/manifests_processing_2025/two_checkboxes_outputs/WV02_Pan_L1B__two_checkboxes_passed_list.txt

Note: The list is the NGAP granule path, NOT the MCP Granule Path, this ticket requires translation of the delete list over to MCP style list.

• Convert paths from the two_checkboxes_passed_list to the MCP Granule Paths
  • This involves some DynamoDB processing
• Create a new file that will be used directly with the batch job for deleting.
  • This file needs to have bucket name and MCP granule path
• Run the batch job, make sure it succeeded
