This is After PROD deploy of the Cumulus Side of CNM work is complete and ready.
The next steps are to figure out exactly how we are integrating this with the Remote server, including creating messages, managing which granules to ingest, how many at a time, how frequent, managing verifying the granules once ingested and then actually deleting fully verified ingested granules from the source delivery buckets.
