Currently, failed Batch jobs in the landsat_mgrs_step_function and landsat_mgrs_partials_step_function will still result in a successful step function execution. We need to confirm that even failed landsat_mgrs_step_function started in landsat_incomplete_step_function will allow the rest of the map steps to continue when a failure occurs.
