Easier to see what is in frame for video recording #30

Context

@faustoperez @dzole0311 one of the things I noticed when creating GIFs with the fire event explorer is that it is difficult to get an actual view of what the video will be, because the different dialog boxes hide the view. With the social media prototype I sent Gjore, I added a dashed box for the smaller aspect ratio. That helped in that case. But we might want a more complete solution to that usability challenge.

I would say low priority for now, but wanted to put it out there so you all are aware.

Acceptance Criteria

  • When generating a video in the fire event explorer, the scene I am capturing is clear to the user, and the resulting video matches

Definition of Done

  • Unit tests
  • (Where applicable) Automated playwright tests to cover primary use case(s)
  • Merged to develop in relevant repo
  • (?) Tested in instance context (GHG, earth.gov, template instance, etc)
  • Relevant details of work are shared in a team forum (PR, ticket, slack, etc) to support knowledge sharing
