Add "Support" page #218

We refer to veda@uah.edu a number of places in the docs.

Let's add a Support page that explains centrally, how to get support for different kinds of issues, listing

  1. issues / discussions on relevant GitHub repos for software-related questions
  2. veda@uah.edu - we provide user support to people affiliated with NASA as well as teams interested in using VEDA software

Examples can be taken from platforms that combine an open-source community with premium / paid plans, e.g.

Perhaps we can also make sure the page comes up under /support.

Acceptance criteria

  • A Support page has been added
  • References to email address throughout the docs replaced with links to support page
