Enhance Python API documentation #65
Description
Several classes, methods and functions need Python docstrings. This is especially true in the machinery that supports programmatic timing of queries. Add docstrings to all public items, and ensure they appear somewhere reasonable in the readthedocs documentation. Also remove the Astropy logo and title from the rtd pages.
