Add '(IVOA-test)' comment string to User-Agent #67
Description
As noted on page 5 of this IVOA presentation, and in this IVOA Note, clients of IVOA services which are doing performance testing should include the comment string (IVOA-test) in their User-Agent string. This helps the server operations distinguish among various types of users.
