Looking from 2021 Hackathon, have to go to events page > 2021. 

It's in: https://nasa-openscapes.github.io/earthdata-cloud-cookbook/workshops/, but not from home page

Or is better question, what tutorials is she looking for in the Hackathon book that needs to be more findable in the Cookbook?
