Load IPDA Partner Agency Bundles, Collections, and Context Products into Legacy Registry

💡 Description

We need a tool that can run as a cron or something similar to load all bundles/collections/context products from Registry API into legacy Solr registry to enable search.

Enables search of IPDA data in the primary search.

For none-ESA IPDA partners, will also need to load these into Next-gen Registry

📆 11/2024 status: end date extended to end of build to bring on international partners. PSA data has been loaded. This is a nice-to-have capability. No impact on other tasks.
