Catalog tool unable to write to Solr registry index directly from tool #92

When I did tried to run catalog tool, I noticed it was throwing errors when trying to write to Solr

I expected it would write docs to solr

This is not required for our current usage of Solr for search. We really only need the output solr_docs, so this will go in icebox for time being.
