Minor typos with Example08?

The FastEddy software is great; thank you for the comprehensive tutorials. These are two small things for running Example 08. They're not really errors, just necessary changes to use the default simgrid.json and genicbcs.json.

The default simgrid.json produces FTCollinsCO_Topography_448x450.dat whereas Example08_REALCASE_FortCollins.in expects topoFile = ./FortCollinsCO_Topography_448x450.dat (Fort instead of FT).
Quick and easy solution of changing the line in the params file to the form topoFile = ./FTCollinsCO_Topography_448x450.dat. I did it when storing in a different directory and noticed the difference.

The Zenodo record only includes WRF data up to 2024-02-16_18:30:00 so I lowered "secMax": 9000 in the default genicbcs.json to "secMax": 5460 otherwise an error is thrown by GenICBCs.py trying to access the file for 18:35:00.
This produces BCs from 0 to 18 (although only up to 16 is needed by default in Example08_REALCASE_FortCollins.in).

Thank you for your careful attention and valuable feedback in pointing out these discrepancies in this tutorials example case. I have confirmed your findings and prepared updates to the example simgrid.json and genicbcs.json files that will be included in an upcoming v4.0.1 patch release.
