Plotting in cells after TopoEditor also plots in the TopoEditor.

Workaround: Run plt.close() in the cell before you start your plot.

I don't know if this is helpful, but another workaround I found was

%matplotlib inline
plt.clf()
plt.figure()
topo.depth.plot()
