Description
Now that the python model has matured a bit, we should make some breaking updates to streamline some processes in music box and make it more user friendly.
In our configuration file, we have a mix of old configurations that targeted the Fortran model and the newer Python model. We also don't have any consistent way to set initial conditions.
We don't support setting different solver types, when we should.
Almost everything in the "model components" section is now useless. We should completely drop support for the camp-style configurations and target the new MUSICA configurations defined in version 1 of mechanism configuration
Correct any known bugs
