Setup julia package deployments

In preparation for the SiParCS 2026 project, we need to make it easy to consume the musica julia project

Acceptance criteria

• The initial package is published

Ideas

• Use BinaryBuilder.jl to create platform-specific binary packages
  • their docs
• Figure out how to package a julia project for deployment

Note Useful for those using MUSICA from the CLIMA model. Priority could change based on needs from collaborators.
