How to setup neardevhub-contract locally and run

I am working on issue #11 for which I need to add get_posts_recursively function in the contract. I have installed all the dependencies of the repo locally in my machine by running cargo build. I want to know how can I test my new function. Do I need to install any more dependencies because neardevhub-contract doesn't have a setup guide and it looks like I need some mock PostId to test with?
