Mock RPC response for tests

Currently we only check for transaction data in tests, but ideally we should also check once the transaction is submitted, how does the flow work. For eg: in posts, once I post it, I should see the toast and then the post added, similarly in proposals and projects.
We should first set up base config and then create subtasks for tests where it can be integrated.
