Make sure to be compatible with AFO

The Allotrope foundation uses the AFO ontology for terms and provides JSON based schemas for data annotation. As far as I understood how Allotropes Simple Models (ASM) work, there is an Excel file template from which the JSON schema is build. We should look closely at this, as we can see what properties and classes are considered relevant by Allotrope.
